why in the hell, do some of u people complain about having to have big pockets to carry the SLIDE if the damn LX is bigger??!! it’s a nice phone, and since im a guy i dont really care about taking pics, thats more of a girl issue..overall its awesome, and u can customize it by going to http://www.skslidethemes.com..it will make a diffrence..

I just got the slide about 4 months ago and since then I haven’t had any serious problem just as said before, it cuts off for no apparent reason. It never restarts itself and when I intentionally turn it off it may take a few minutes to cut back on. Only other thing is everyone brags about taking pics on it when in all actuality it sucks for pic taking. Other than that it’s a pretty stellar phone…wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to anyone though.

omg the same shit happened to me!!! but everytime i would call up tmobile for technical support they would never mention the recall on the phone.. they would sit there and try to troubleshoot..assholes! im pissed!—now my warranty is finished so im basically screwed.

hey i have this phone in Ireland sent over from CT from my cousin, all i had to do was buy a unlock code off ebay it works great!!! i was a bit confused at the start though because i saved all the contacts on my sim but they were not showing up but i just went into settings and imported contacts. does the job love the phone 8/10

I am a owner of a sk slide. & it honestly its not dat bad.! I luv it. Its my second 1 cuz I broke the 1st 1.! it has great service, gud 4 texting ect. Its true dat it doesn’t take gud pictures ina low light but I don’t mind b/c I don’t use da cammera dat much.! I luv mii slide.

I am on my slide right now. I’ve had this phone for about 6 months and haven’t had any major problems with it. But the camera sucks and a lot of the web pages don’t work. I wish I could download flashplayer since I need it to view half the stuff on the internet. Besides those little problems I think its a good phone.

My Sidekcick slide has crashed soooo many times and freezes for no apparent reason and you would think if you had a memory card it would go a little fast since most of your things are on the memory card it actually is worse.I dont think it is a good phone.I still have a year and some months for my contract to be over so I guess im going to have to deal with it.

Im typing on my slide as I write this…

I have to say, thos version of the SK is nothing like the others, I prefer the flip up screen instead of the slide. The camera on the Slide is a complete joke, it will never take good pictures in low lighting. My Tmail account works fine, but my yahoo and AOL emails barely ever get emails into them, and when the email is finally pulled to the phone, its like 100 emails. The keyson the keyboard are quite small compared to the Lk. There is no way to customize it, unless you pay like $6 for a stupid background. The applications are just way to expensive. This phone is okay. I only got this because the Tmo store was out of LX’s.

K the sidekick slideis awesome, but the tmobile sux. It took me 3 sidekicks for it to work, but when it finaly did it was worth the wait
The camera isn’t that bad, texting is awesome, but the buttons are really stiff. The messanger feature is really good, and I do recomend this phone to anyone. Iim using it right now haha

ii am a sk slide owner && ii despise this phone ii have has 2 already && the first one was stolen ii had hoped and prayed tht wen ii got a new sk it would be either a lx or gekko hell ii woulda even taken the g1 ii am a die hard sk fan and ii do not recomend this phone to others such as myself the only thing ii do appriciate about this phone is its size nothing more nothing less it has low picture quality it has technical difficulties and its browser sukxz !

I got the sidekick slide 6 months ago and someone stole it. i have had no problems with before until someone stole it. i confronted the person who stole it and punched him right in the eye and took my phone back. i didnt know he was putting porn pics on my phone and my girlfriend saw it!!!!!!

Im a hugs fan of all the sk phones but I must say the LX is the king of all sk’s for now the slide is great for its size but it lacks with its camera and some of the stuff u can’t do on it.the latest sk update allowed u 2 take photos off sites only bad thing is the update was only for the LX and the sk 2008 (codename gekko).I say get the slide if it is ur first sk but if your a fan such as me of the sk phones get the LX…not the 2008 well jus cause I don’t like it(I have my reasons)
