Sony Ericsson K850/K850i Reviews
CNET reviews the Sony Ericsson K850 and writes;
“The good: The Sony Ericsson K850i has a gorgeous display, a wide range of features, and desirable sound quality. It’s also a fantastic camera phone with outstanding photo quality. The bad: The Sony Ericsson K850i’s navigation array and touch controls take a little getting used to. Also, the keypad buttons are rather small.”

OS News reviews the Sony Ericsson K850 and writes;
“The reception of the phone is very good and battery life is even better: 12 days of standby and over 7 hours of talk time. Voice quality is also pretty good. Other features we liked on the phone are the neon lights that flash when there’s a new phone call, the speedy Bluetooth transfer rate (120 kb/sec), and the ability to find out which song is that you currently hear on the FM radio (via the “TrackID” application that recognizes music patterns). ”

ENN reviews the Sony Ericsson K850 and writes;
“If you want a phone, a camera and an MP3 player in one hand-sized package the K850i pretty much delivers. Using the expansion slot we added 2GB of storage to the phone’s measly 40MB, allowing us to both snap loads of high resolution pictures and, using the phone as a mass storage device, run the free application myPodder to catch a range of programmes for listening on the move. ”

3G reviews the Sony Ericsson K850 and writes;
“Packed with enough features to keep even the most enthusiastic of photographers entertained, our favourite would have to be the BestPic and Photo Fix applications. BestPic snaps nine shots in a rapid burst, giving you a selection from which to choose your best pic…Photo Fix is another useful tool as it improves the light balance of your photographs, making them clearer and sharper. The difference is quite remarkable, and Photo Fix is sure to be one of the most used applications. ”

Stuff.tv reviews the Sony Ericsson K850 and writes;
“So how does the K850i compare to our current fave the N95? If you want multimedia muscle, Nokia’s phone is the better choice. But the K850i is the superior snapper, with sharper detail and authentic colour depiction trumping the N95’S hyper-vivid colours. The camphone throne awaits.”

Pocket-Lint reviews the Sony Ericsson K850 and writes;
“While all the camera features are brilliant, for us the mobile phone element has sacrificed useability. The keys are fiddly to use and the new layout confusing. Furthermore we found the on/off button for the digital camera awkward as well. This is a massive leap on from the K810, however with an awkward keypad layout it will end up frustrating most people.”

Mobile-Review reviews the Sony Ericsson K850i and writes;
“the Sony Ericsson K850i does better on the color reproduction front and gives you more details, however in general the Nokia N95’s images look more decent, due to being more, let’s say, more artistic…But after all, if you are looking for the best imaging department today – it all in the Sony Ericsson K850i.”
