+ REVIEWS:

CNET reviews the Samsung SGH-Z540, they rated the phone 7.3/10 and write:
The good: Slim, stylish design; big, crisp TFT display; 3G; sturdy build quality; external music controls; large internal memory. The bad: LCD screen leaves temporary lines of discoloration when depressed; no memory expansion slot; lacks FM radio; one port for headset, charger and USB cable. The bottom line: The Samsung SGH-Z540 impresses with its slim form factor, amazingly crisp display and a decent range of multimedia features, though the lack of expansion for a 3G phone may put off some users.”

Infosync reviews the Samsung SGH-Z540, they rated the phone 74% and write:
“Excellent audio quality combines with good signal reception and a contacts library with the ability to store a good amount of information for enjoyable calling with the SGH-Z540…A texter’s wet dream due to its spacious and backlit keypad, the SGH-Z540 handles SMS, MMS and e-mail messages with ease…Equipped as it is with 3G and good signal reception, laptop users can easily get online either via Bluetooth or a bundled USB cable, catering to both wire-weary users and those who wish to maximize their download speeds going the wired route. “

3G reviews the Samsung SGH-Z540, they rated the phone 88% and write:
“In terms of size the Samsung Z540 is notably thinner than the Motorola RAZR V3x and the BenQ-Siemens EF81 - see below. Now that’s a pleasant surprise. It’s no wonder this phone is promoted by Samsung as “The Ultra Slim 3G Phone”…The Samsung Z540 may have 140MB on board memory compared to others with 64MB yet there is no memory card slot. Bit of a disappointment.”
