+ REVIEWS:

InfoSync reviews the Samsung SGH-T629, they rate the phone 81% write:
“The T629 fared quite well in our calling tests, giving us a clear call with no static or echoing, but the reception was a bit spotty on the streets of New York and Northern New Jersey. The quad-band slider did pick up on a bit of ambient noise, but our pals could always hear us over the clamor. The T629 scored big with its solid array of features, boasting Bluetooth, voice tagging (although not speaker-independent voice dialing), a speakerphone, and conference calling…What’s positive: Solid calling features, including Bluetooth, voice-tagging, and conference calling; slim and sleek design; MP3 player; 1.3-megapixel camera; clear messaging interfaces. What’s negative: A sub-par speakerphone with spotty calling; typing was awkward resulting from poor placement of the clear key; screen has a strong tendency to attract fingerprints from the slider’s design.”

CNET reviews the Samsung SGH-T629, they rate the phone 7.7/10 write:
“The 2.2-inch display is absolutely stunning. It supports 262,144 colors, and it looks vibrant and bright, with colors that pop from the screen. The Samsung menu interface is pleasing to the eye, and we enjoy the animated icons and colorful graphics. You can also view the submenu of each main item as you’re scrolling down the list, which makes for handy navigation…The good: The Samsung SGH-T629 has a slim profile and a large screen. Features of the quadband phone include a Micro SD card slot, a 1.3-megapixel camera, a music player, and Bluetooth support. The bad: The Samsung SGH-T629 has very slippery keys, and the keypad is difficult to dial by feel. We also experienced spotty call quality. The bottom line: The Samsung SGH-T629 is a great-looking, slim phone with a solid feature set, despite a few design flaws.”
