+ REVIEWS:
Mobileburn reviews the Samsung SGH-D830, they write:
“The D830 supports SMS, MMS, EMS, and Email without surprise. The messaging experience depends on two factors, one is the User Interface, and other is the keypad. In terms of User Interface, Samsung has done a good job, the screen is clean and controls are logical. T9 predictive text is quick, and the loading and saving of messages is also fast…Pros: Great display, decent camera, Bluetooth stereo support, decent music capabilities, Picsel document viewer. Cons: Poor keypad, extremely soft ringtones, pictures cannot be saved directly on memory card, battery life below average.”
Pocket-Lint reviews the Samsung SGH-D830, they rate the phone 7/10 and writes:
“Like the RAZR, it is the perfect phone for users dont want to be fussed with whether or not their phone can let them watch TV or double up as a comprehensive MP3 player like Sony Ericssons Walkman range. However unlike the clear large screen and flat design will of the X820 the D830 doesnt really seem to have any style associated with it opting for the stealth bomber look instead…The good: Thin, 2 megapixel camera. The bad: Lacks any real design, keypad isn’t responsive.”
TrustedReviews reviews the Samsung SGH-D830, they rate the phone 7/10 and writes:
“Samsung has built a fair bit of software into the D830. The company clearly thinks some business users might go for it having included the excellent Picsel viewer for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and various image format documents…Battery life was reasonably good. I played MP3 music non stop from a microSD card…finally powering down after 7 hours and 5 minutes.”
