I've had mine for a year now and I gotta say the navigation sucks, it's always losing the signal and then I miss a turn. I lost all of my pics for no reason and now I cant down load any picture messages. Those are my only complaints. Other than that I'm happy.

By far the best phone offered by Sprint. By far meaning that this phone has every option available and performs each task with seamless ability. I was lucky enough to purchase my Instinct on 6-19 because I reserved it and I am glad I did. The Web on the Instinct picks up where other PDA and smart phones have lacked. I mean it has full page html browsing FINALLY. The GPS is amazingly easy to use and theres even a feature to find businesses in your near vicinity like on the other GPS only devices. I used it today to find the cheapest gas in my area and then had it map the location for me. Its just the simple things that I feel Samsung and Sprint have done so well with this device. The only thing I can hope for now is Sprints ultra fast Power Vision access but that has nothing to do with the functionality of the phone. With regular Vision... 5of 5.
