Samsung Omnia Reviews
DigitalTrends reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“Omnia would have been considered a fine, and perhaps even innovative phone circa 2006, but now even non-techie users expect more than a lackluster touchscreen or a non-intuitive menu setup. It would be different if the Omnia were significantly cheaper, but it’s not”

PhoneDog reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“The Omnia is at the top of everyone’s list of gotta-try-it touchscreen phones. It has capable hardware and a generous screen; large and sensitive enough to compete in the iPhone-driven market. The unlocked version is pricey, but cheaper than it closest rival

TrustedReviews reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“Though not perfect, its negative points don’t make Samsung’s Omnia a bad handset. It has a very good camera, is very responsive, has an excellent web browser and all the usual advantages of Windows Mobile devices like slick Outlook syncronisation…”

EngadgetMobile reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“In the final analysis, despite its faults, the Omnia’s strengths vault it to the head of the WinMo class for the moment, particularly in this form factor. We think that a slide-out QWERTY version would do very well for Samsung as well — as would a true world 3G model, of course.”

“The Samsung i900 is a fantastic feature phone, it has a lovely design and feels great in the hand… If you like the iPhone but do not like the straight jacketed approach of Apple then this phone could be the one your looking for..”

PocketNow reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“after using a moderate amount of WiFi, GPS, and cellular data, I still had 40% left on my battery by the evening. That’s excellent. If I had been using HSDPA rather than EDGE for data, the battery would probably be down to about 20% or so”

MobileBurn reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“the end, the text input and display issues, which are somewhat related, are enough to keep me from giving the Omnia our top rating. Still, though, it is a very enjoyable device that suits passive email consumers very well, and it earns a solid “Recommended” rating.”

SlashGear reviews the Samsung Omnia and writes;
“Call quality is good, with minimal wind noise or background static and a surprisingly rich tone for both parties, while the speakerphone is as good with talk as it is with music. .. The GPS and high-resolution camera both work well, battery life is good and it’s undoubtedly a handsome phone. ”
