Nokia 3110 Evolve Reviews

RegHardware reviews the Nokia 3110 Evolve and writes;

“The music player’s performance is, on the other hand, perfectly acceptable for a bit of occasional tune-playing. The stereo earphone set supplied is adequate for the job and delivers reasonable sound quality. It plugs into a 2.5mm socket on the base of the phone, so if you wanted to upgrade the listening experience with better headphones you’ll have to invest in an adapter or try a Bluetooth set - the Evolve supports A2DP.”

Trusted Reviews reviews the Nokia 3110 Evolve and writes;

“The number pad is relatively large and I had no problem at all tapping away at keys for number dialling or texting. The same can be said for the two softmenu keys, Call and End keys and the navigation pad, all of which are large and easy to use. Every key gives a slight mechanical click when pressed and you can feel a little mechanical feedback too. These factors help with ease of use…Battery life is it’s saving grace though. From a full charge I got ten hours 55 minutes of music played from a microSD card.”

CNET UK reviews the Nokia 3110 Evolve and writes;

“Overall, we found the 3110 Evolve very enjoyable to use and while it didn’t have every feature under the sun, we did get on with it. The enhanced Series 40 user interface is straightforward and very easy to understand, which is a refreshing change from the more complex S60 interface, used on higher end Nokia phones…Audio quality during calls was good with no muffling or distortions. The loudspeaker worked as expected and while the MP3 player didn’t blow us away, it’s fine for listening to the odd tune when your iPod runs out of juice. Equally, the camera is ok for the MMS pictures but don’t expect to be the next David Bailey.”

ReviewsGalaxy reviews the Nokia 3110 Evolve and writes;

“It claims that if people unplugged their phones when they were charged, the power savings worldwide would be enough to power 100,000 average-sized houses…Pros: Very good camera with 2 MP, bluetooth, USB port, mp3, fm radio, microSD card slot. Cons: The lack of mirror and flash in the camera, low screen light.”
