I would say picture wise, form factor and Menus are Perfect. I just wish it really had TOUCH SCREEN capabilities. For the least part of it at times the middle menu bar at times is kinda invasive for texting - kinda gets in the way specially if you have big thumbs. Video is poor, but still the taking still pictures compensates for it. Memory should be increase to not just 350 as well as the card. Yes, the card slot should have been located outside for ease of changing in case it gets full. But in the end still everything works well and its a superb Camera and MP3 phone with the Bluetooth playability. It ROCKS! I just recently got the ZN5 and it works well.
