MLB 07: The Show stands for Major League Baseball 07 is developed by SCEA now has been released into PSP platform as well. The features scream of a launch sports game, but the gameplay is polished like a late-gen powerhouse. Built primarily as a pick-up-and-play hardball sim, it straddles that line very well, providing realistic gameplay without being complex or cumbersome.”

“Along with the golf-game style pitching and taking confidence into account, being on the mound is actually more fun than being at the plate. Hitting isn’t as altered, but swing analysis shows you why you whiffed that last pitch, and it’s still fun to try to select the pitch/location before the throw. Even baserunning is improved to make it a little less cumbersome to manage.”

“There are plenty of features to keep you entertained; Home Run Derby and King of the Diamond let you focus on honing specific skills. It’s amazing how specific the announcers’ comments are, players look like their real-world counterparts and stadiums have the intricate details that will make any fan proud.”
