Simple to use, lots of neat features, yet the maps are so out of date in my area that it tries to route me down a road that was removed 8 years ago. My contact with Mio about an update was brief, basically being told I will have to buy an update, although the box advertised current mapping(at time of purchase). I will have to pay around 80 bucks for the update( got the GPS for 100....) but they can't tell me when the update will be released. I'd like to see a free update, to at least get what I originally paid for. The mapping on my 330 was better(stolen) but the 330 was too "busy" for me.

Good product, lousy support.
