+ REVIEWS:

CNET reviews the Medieval 2, they rated the game 8.8/10 and write:
“Medieval 2 isn’t a hard game in the technical sense, as the controls are fairly intuitive for the most part. However, it is a game that requires you to pay a lot of attention, especially to what the enemy is doing. The artificial intelligence will certainly keep you occupied on the medium difficulty setting. The AI is smart enough to probe for weaknesses in your defenses and then attack if you’re not careful, so you need to keep your guard up at all times.”

Gamespot reviews the Medieval 2, they rated the game 8.8/10 and write:
The Good: Epic, engrossing gameplay that lets you feel as though you’re managing a medieval kingdom; impressive strategic depth that lets you play popemaker and dabble with espionage; beautiful graphics and amazing battles packed with cinematic moments; subtle, effective sound and musical effects. The Bad: Beefy system requirements required to appreciate huge battles in all their glory; multiplayer limited to battles.”

IGN reviews the Medieval 2, they rated the game 8.8/10 and write:
“For this new edition in the blood-soaked franchise we return to the dark ages, back to Medieval Europe. Only this time, we are spirited away with all the visual splendor and strategic intricacy of the Rome engine. It’s the dark ages, but not as we knew it…Instead Medieval II is primarily about going to war. Drunk on your early conquests quelling unruly local rebels, no doubt your beady eye will turn further afield, greedily settling on the rich lands of your neighbours.”
