+ REVIEWS:
LaptopMag reviews the LG VX9900 , they rated the phone 3.5/5 and write:
“Instant messaging generally worked fine. It took two to four seconds (or longer if the network connection was weak) to send or receive a message. Verizon has no unlimited text-messaging plans for the enV, unfortunately; the plan maxes out at 2,500 text messages…Pros: Slimmer design than predecessor, Bigger keyboard, Ability to use Bluetooth headphones for music, 2-megapixel camera. Cons: Some oddities in keyboard, No unlimited text-messaging plan, Slow to launch certain apps.”
PCMag reviews the LG VX9900 , they rated the phone 3.5/5 and write:
“Outfitted with a powerful (for a phone) 2-megapixel camera, the handset takes sharp, well-balanced photos, albeit with distracting color noise. An autofocus function, although a cool idea, raises the shutter delay from a sprightly 0.4 seconds to an unacceptable 2 seconds without making photos much sharper, but you can turn it off…The enV has excellent Bluetooth capabilities; maybe it isn’t the speedy version 2.0, but it can transfer pictures, connect as a laptop modem, and connect to mono and stereo headsets.”

Verizon does have unlimited messaging plans for the Env. My wife and I both have that plan.
