I got this phone as a result of switching between service providers. I switched from a Nokia which had a great array of tools which you could use to customize your phone the way you wanted it. On the LG Fusic, I think that the battery life isn't all that great, in fact the phone dies on me while making a late night call when I haven't used the phone during the day. The tools in the Fusic suck, you can't even set your ring tone unless you buy stuff from sprint or do your own programming at your risk on the phone. I've also had the phone shut off with no reason just like other people comment in their reviews. On the other hand, I have to agree that the phone has good volume so you can hear whoever is calling you and the loudspeaker isn't bad either (which makes it great for an overpriced alarm clock). I have owned this phone for almost two years and I think that the cons outweigh the pros in this phone. So if you are looking for a phone and stumble upon this one, I suggest you keep on looking.
