“The document itself was reasonably good quality with minor spidering, although changing to Draft quality meant characters were broken up and poorly aligned. Our monochrome test picture printed with a strong yellow cast, although the detail wasn’t lacking. The five 6 x 4in photos were grainy and also yellow-tinged, with slight vertical striping evident in places. The same occurred in our photomontage, and colour transitions were harsh, making skin tones look posterised.

“Overall, a near perfect solution in the home office environment. PCMag reviewed the Lexmark P4350 where they rated it 3.5/5 and wrote;
“Output quality is nipping on the heels of the best available for ink jets, with text and graphics quality at the high end of good and photos at the high end of very good. On our text tests, most fonts were easily readable at 5 points or less, and all but one were easily readable at 8 points or less, with one highly stylized font needing 12 points. Consider it good enough for all but the most demanding text output, like the small type in a contract.”

Lexmark International today introduced an All-in-One (AIO) inkjet printer that sets new standards for price and performance.

Lexmark’s latest AIOs make higher-end technology more broadly available through new consumer-friendly price points. These feature-rich printers include flatbed scanners, PictBridge, borderless photo printing, LCD screens and functionality with or without a PC. Both use Lexmark’s Evercolor inks to deliver brilliant photos that last longer than most traditional photos under display conditions without fading, and more than 200 years stored in photo albums**.

The Lexmark P4350 makes the All-in-One experience easier by including a 1.7 inch color LCD screen that provides users with the ability to preview their output in full color before printing.
