Notebook Review has a scientist review of the Lenovo ThinkPad T60, they write:
Pros: Solid Build, pretty good screen (LG), nice keyboard, good deal (in my case), excellent performance. Could be betters: battery life could be better, lack of ports some might needs. Cons: Initial wireless issues (never should make it to the user’s hands with such issues), variable parts quality (you could be less “lucky” than me, at least according to forum users).”

Notebook Review reviews the Lenovo ThinkPad T60, they write:
“Lenovo does a good job of offering various screen resolutions and enhanced screen options. In the T60 series Lenovo offers XGA, SXGA, SXGA+, UXGA and now WSXGA+. Lenovo also offers what is called FlexView or IPS display on the T60, that display provides for superb viewing angles…Overall the display is very good. Its brightness is good for a business notebook, certainly as bright as I’d need it to be, but you couldn’t call it blazingly bright. Light leakage is not a problem, the screen is evenly lit.Colors on the screen are crisp and bold. Reflection from the screen is almost non-existent as this is a matte screen, not glossy, matte screens are more conducive to working with and staring at for long hours.”

PCmag reviews the Lenovo ThinkPad T60, they rated the laptop 4.5/5 and write:
“Access Connections is part of the impressive ThinkVantage management suite. The new interface launches as quickly as the Windows Start menu, and every utility is conveniently tied into the interface. You can choose to back up your drive or restore it to factory defaults if it goes bad. The maintenance utility runs your hard drive cleanups, virus scans, and disc backups when you’re away from your computer…Pros: Intel Core Duo processor, Better performance, Built-in EV-DO capability, Solid management utility, Three USB ports, Good battery life. Cons:The tested configuration is pricey, Battery is no longer compatible with previous ThinkPads.”

CNET reviews the Lenovo ThinkPad T60, they rated the laptop 7.8/10 and write:
“The ThinkPad T60 is extremely well designed and features thoughtful touches such as sturdy steel hinges, drain holes for accidental spills onto the keyboard, and–new to the T series–a shock-mounted hard drive and internal roll cage that holds components in place. The excellent keyboard offers a comfortable layout and features the traditional red eraser-head pointing stick, as well as a sufficient-size touch pad, each of which has a set of mouse buttons.”
