HP iPAQ rx5900 Released

Working with Tele Atlas, the leading global provider for digital maps and navigation, the new released HP iPAQ rx5900 will feature rich and accurate map for personal navigation. The HP iPAQ rx5900 also features best possible routes via US and Canada, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth1, video and gaming using Windows Mobile 5.0 software, and WLAN 802.11b/g. The HP iPAQ rx5900 will be available at the end of October 2006 for $599.

Boston, MA, September 28, 2006 – Tele Atlas (FSE: TA6, EUNV: TA), a leading global provider of digital maps and dynamic content for navigation and location based solutions, announced today that it will provide digital map data and content for the upcoming HP iPAQ rx5900 Travel Companion.
The HP iPAQ rx5900 will be preinstalled with touch-enabled Tele Atlas-based digital maps that feature user-friendly, turn-by-turn navigation to help users easily find people, points of interest (POIs), products and the best possible routes throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to the highly-accurate, integrated navigation system, the HP iPAQ rx5900 will also offer Wi-Fi and Bluetooth1, as well as digital entertainment capabilities for music, photos, video and gaming using Windows Mobile 5.0 software.
