Pantech IM-U140 does look like a mobile tv phone rather than a normal handphone. IM-U140 features 2.6 inch widescreen QVGA LCD display that also has a 30 degree angle mechanism for great viewing or 4 channel stereo speakers. Other additional features include MP3 player and games, 3 megapixel camera with built-in image stabilization, satellite DMB Phone, vibrating Touch screen, electronic dictionary and weight of 157.7grams.

Samsung Releases SGH-P310

Samsung releases their latest credit card phone on September 14, 2006 called SGH-P310. The SGH-P310 features 8.5mm in size, 75g in weight, a large display of 1.9″ 262k QVGA, Bluetooth 1.2 with stereo support, 2 megapixel digital camera, 80MB of on-board memory, and a microSD memory card slot. Samsung SGH-P310 is expected to be available for sale in late September for European market and the following month for South East Asian market.

Samsung t-509 Announced

Samsung t-509, the slimmest bar phone in the market received best show award at CTIA Wireless 2006. The Samsung t509 has an ultra-thin profile of only 9.8 mm. The t509 features high-speed EDGE connectivity and Bluetooth wireless technology to support delivery of entertainment and information on-demand services. The talk-time battery also lasted for 9 hours and 55 minutes. The price starts from $200 with two year contract.

Zenum unveils Opus Operis

The Opus Operis is a slim, sexy smartphone features WM5, tri-band GSM, an OMAP 750 processor, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, 2.5 inch QVGA display, 2.0MP digicam, Bluetooth 1.2 connectivity, 802.11 b/g, and a miniSD card slot. This handset goes on sale in November claimed by Zenum, however has not been confirmed.

Nokia 6288 3G Released

Nokia recently released 6288 slide phone that enables you to utilise 3G technology. The phone features a 512 MB memory card, a bright QVGA, 262,144 color display (320×240 pixels), and a 2MP VGA camera. The Nokia 6288 also includes dedicated camera and zoom buttons.
