BlackBerry 8900 Curve Javelin Reviews
LetsTalk reviews the BlackBerry 8900 and writes;
” The playback of music on the BlackBerry’s speaker is quite impressive. It’s loud and clear; so much so, we often lowered the volume on the cell phone when we were listening to music using our own 3.5mm headphones..”

TechTree reviews the BlackBerry 8900 and writes;
“Attractive design, superb display, good interface design, high quality camera, direct DivX/XviD playback. Occasional crashing of software, no 3G, only 1 GB card in bundle, expensive”

LaptopMag reviews the BlackBerry 8900 and writes;
“If you can live with EDGE data speeds when you’re out of hotspot range, you’ll find that everything else about the Curve 8900 is nearly perfect, both in terms of design and functionality.”

“the very attractive Curve 8900 made it hard for us to settle for older BlackBerry models that lack the killer camera, video recording capability, Wi-Fi and media integration that this version masters…. ”

CNET.Asia reviews the BlackBerry 8900 and writes;
” A full QWERTY keypad and sharp screen means emails and instant messaging are a joy to deal with, but the lack of 3G occasionally bugged us and makes the 8900 a little less desirable than it would otherwise have been. ”

” The Curve 8900 zips along on its capable processor. We did find it took absolutely ages to boot, but that seems to be a general feature in modern BlackBerry devices. ”

Stuff.tv reviews the BlackBerry 8900 and writes;
“The Curve may not be as cool as the Storm, or give you as much work–related gumph as the Bold, but as a slimline work phone with some media slung in, it’s a treat.”

“It’s quick to start up, too, although actually taking a pic takes about three seconds from shutter press to final snap because of the autofocus. Colours are less than vibrant…”

Very beautiful mobile phone ,
At Tradestead there are many kinds of such beautiful and powerful consumer electronics with very cheap price , why not have a look, I am sure you will like it!
save it…do not …i repeat do not purchase an 8900
there are other phones that cost far less
and
this phone only gives you a 256mb sd card
trackball stopped working on mine after just 37days of use and there is not backdoor to using thephone if no trackball no 8900
I just found the javelin shoved into my eye
thanks for nothing RIM
wow no more posting here?
The Bold is too sloppy for a former 8700 lover to enjoy. Get the new Curve. Sells for more than the Bold (phew), and if you can get it for free that’s even better! Cannot say enough positive things about my upgrade from 8700 to latest curve!
