“To enter data or look up a POI, you need to use a stylus on the cramped, finger-unfriendly menus and work your way through a terribly designed selection screen. Setting a home location or looking up an address is such a chore that we’d rather wander around lost. To make matters worse, the 3D maps are unlabeled, and the device twice told us to go the wrong way down one-way streets.”
