Ho acquistato un primo Asus p527 arrivato il mese scorso e il giorno dopo non si è più riacceso, avevo anche notato un difetto nella tastiera alfanumerica, si riuscivano a scrivere solo numeri e non lettere.
Rimandato al venditore, lunedì 7 aprile mi è arrivato il secondo, la tastiera ha lo stesso difetto non c’è verso che scriva in modo alfa, ho chiamato Asus e un tecnico mi ha detto che è un problema di tutti i P 527 in italia, che a giorni si potrà scaricare un firmware dal sito che dovrebbe (anzi dicono sicuramente) risolvere il problema. Ma sarà vero? E poi il fatto che mettano in vendita un prodotto che sanno essere difettoso non avrebbe i termini di una truffa?
