+ REVIEWS:

ITreviews reviews the iPod Nano, they write:
“Is the new Nano any good? No, it is very, very good indeed. There are one or two players that have better audio quality but nothing approaches Apple’s ease of use, quality, style and now, for the first time, value for money. That’s right; not only is the Nano a superb player but it is also competitively priced.”

Playlistmag reviews the iPod Nano, they rated the player 4.5/5 and write:
“The nano is also quicker to sync than other iPods. I synced the same 903-track playlist on a 4GB nano and a 4GB iPod mini. It took 9 minutes and 15 seconds to sync the nano…Pros: Responsive controls; clear and bright screen; support for photo viewing; syncs quickly; no skipping thanks to flash memory. Cons: No syncing via FireWire; no support for viewing pictures on an attached television; can’t boot a Mac from it”

PCmag reviews the iPod Nano, they rated the player 4.5/5 and write:
” Sure, it doesn’t have an FM tuner or voice recording, but it does have an unsurpassed interface, a color screen, excellent sound quality, and an undeniable cool factor. Plus, it’s flash-based, so you don’t have to worry about skipping or dead hard drives…Pros: very thin, Excellent sound quality, Color screen. Cons: No photo pan or zoom, No FM tuner or voice recording.”

CNET have reviewed the 4GB Apple iPod Nano (2nd Generation) where they rate the product 8.3/10 and write;
The good: Available in a variety of bright and shiny colours, Still superslender but more durable, thanks to seamless construction, Supports photos (with thumbnail grid) and album art, Great sound quality.The bad: Still doesn’t play video, not that you’d want to watch it on the small screen, No built-in FM tuner or recording capability, Not all colour options are available for all memory sizes The bottom line: The second-generation Apple iPod Nano is like the successful offspring of an iPod Mini and a first-generation iPod Nano. It’s small, stylish, user-friendly, and competitively priced — a great player all around and suitable for a variety of users.”
