I recently purchased the IPod Nano 4G because of the radio feature. I had purchased the 3G Nano to mount to the handlebars of my Harley Davidson Sportster. I bought a set of amplified speakers that also mount to the handlebars, and I could connect my nano to my speakers and have music while I was riding. I found that sometimes I didn't feel like listening to what I had downloaded on my Nano, so I was extremely excited when I saw that the 4G Nano contained a radio. I immediately ordered it, only to be disappointed after it arrived and I discovered that the radio feature would not work with my amplified speakers. Apparently the earbuds act as an antenna, and since my speakers do not contain an antenna the radio on my new Nano is useless. BIKERS STEER CLEAR OF THE NEW 4G NANO, if you're looking for the radio feature unless your speakers contain an antenna. You can still listen to the downloaded music, but not the radio. Since my Nano was engraved, it's non-returnable or I would have :-( I will think long and hard before buying the next generation Nano.

This looks great!. Can't wait to update my 2nd generation iPod..
It's nice that Apple takes back the 4th generation design back to its original design. Slim and long.
